It’s been a long time since we had enough snow for it to slide off the roof as in the hokku! Reading this verse, I’m reminded of my childhood when my bedroom was under the roof!

We had this a couple of winters ago on the roof of the conservatory – the only problem was it took the guttering down with it in it’s mini avalanche!
